Rules and Regulations Revisions
The Board voted to revise the Rules and Regulations. The proposed changes are posted on the Secretary of State’s website and are available for public comment until June 15, 2026. After the public comment time, the Board will review comments and make necessary edits to the proposed changes and then submit as final changes for review by the Occupational Licensing Review Commission (OLRC), made up of the Governor, the Secretary of State, and the Attorney General. Please review the proposed changes and submit comments to admin@msbop.ms.gov. The Commission will meet with the Board to discuss the proposed changes according to the OLRC resolution. The Board will post updates on its website.
